this sweater is SO nice and well made. I love that it's both fashionable and anime inspired and I love robin!!
So I love your company's designs and this is my third purchase with you guys. But I'm noticing the crop on this being very short for a 2XL. I'm 6'1. The model photo made it seem like it was gonna be an oversized look. But I only see it in the arms. Ima still make it work, though. But think about your tall people please and thank you.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Please Contact us as soon as possible at support.truly@dinq.us, after your order has been placed to request any changes. Changes cannot be made after a shipment has already been commenced.
How To Return My Items?
Returns are only excepted if unintended defects are found within the item. Size exchanges are only accepted if recipient agrees to fund for shipping of the old and new sized items + a general restocking fee of $20.
Stolen / Misplaced Packages
In cases involving stolen packages, it is the recipient's responsibility to be aware of the risk of theft in their area. Our liability is limited solely to the packaging and handling of the shipment prior to transit. Once a package is shipped, we do not assume responsibility for its delivery or security.
Recipients must provide documented proof of communication with the shipping carrier, as all shipments include insurance coverage. Additionally, recipients are required to make reasonable efforts to locate the package, such as checking with neighbors or visiting local delivery hubs for misplaced items.
If a stolen package requires replacement, a service charge will be assessed based on the order size, along with a shipping fee payable by the recipient. Replacement orders will only be processed upon the recipient's agreement to these terms.
