Really like it so far!

I was super on the fence on buying this, but I pulled the trigger after rationalizing it as a birthday present to myself, lol. I'd been wanting a good comfort hoodie for a while after my other trusty anime hoodie began to suffer under my negligence (and bleach stains), and this seemed to fit the bill. First off, I found the brand on instagram, and I was initially super hesitant, but after doing some research (reddit) and shopping around--this one just seemed the best designed. 100% cotton at the price point was also a non-negotiable for me, so that really worked in it's favor. It's a good hoodie with great heft that I find works a bit like a weighted blanket, I love the drop on the sleeves and I did not expect to like the cropped look as much as I did; plus, great unisex fitting! My only gripe Is that, while I like the embroidery, I think the loose threads could've been trimmed back--I find it catches. I also think it would benefit from some sort of inner lining, I think that if the brown fabric in the hood was stretched throughout the inside it would serve the hoodie well and cover the backing of the "13" embroidery that shows through. Also, when I tried to DM on insta and the contact sheet regarding a restock of another item (I found the brand late), I didn't really get a response. Otherwise, shipping was quick, and the hoodie was packaged well. Overall, a pretty good experience.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Please Contact us as soon as possible at support.truly@dinq.us, after your order has been placed to request any changes. Changes cannot be made after a shipment has already been commenced.
How To Return My Items?

Returns are only excepted if unintended defects are found within the item. Size exchanges are only accepted if recipient agrees to fund for shipping of the old and new sized items + a general restocking fee of $20.

Stolen / Misplaced Packages

In cases involving stolen packages, it is the recipient's responsibility to be aware of the risk of theft in their area. Our liability is limited solely to the packaging and handling of the shipment prior to transit. Once a package is shipped, we do not assume responsibility for its delivery or security.

Recipients must provide documented proof of communication with the shipping carrier, as all shipments include insurance coverage. Additionally, recipients are required to make reasonable efforts to locate the package, such as checking with neighbors or visiting local delivery hubs for misplaced items.

If a stolen package requires replacement, a service charge will be assessed based on the order size, along with a shipping fee payable by the recipient. Replacement orders will only be processed upon the recipient's agreement to these terms.
