Worst customer service known to mankind.

I ordered this jacket on October 16th with the impression that it would ship in 4-6 weeks. It eventually finally shipped in on January 8th, the day the Los Angeles fire started and a day before my house burnt down. When the package was returned to sender I was assured it would be sent to my new address by their support team as soon as it was received. I tracked the package was returned on January 19th and ever since I have heard NOTHING back from their support. I have contact them through Instagram, no reply, I’ve used their support system online and I’ve emailed their support email over 6 times and I haven’t heard from these people in over 2 months. I will be calling my bank today because I’m tired of holding out hope that I might get my Gurren Lagann jacket. DONT BUY FROM THESE LOSERS IF YOU LIKE RECEIVING YOUR ORDERS!!!

Loved it Honestly

Truly never had a jacket like this before really loved it. Never had one in like this style where it's like baggy but like comfortable. Would like to see more hoodies in this similar style. Honestly I have wore this hoodie out way more than other ones I've had. Was expecting it to come sooner but was still worth the wait.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Please Contact us as soon as possible at support.truly@dinq.us, after your order has been placed to request any changes. Changes cannot be made after a shipment has already been commenced.
How To Return My Items?

Returns are only excepted if unintended defects are found within the item. Size exchanges are only accepted if recipient agrees to fund for shipping of the old and new sized items + a general restocking fee of $20.

Stolen / Misplaced Packages

In cases involving stolen packages, it is the recipient's responsibility to be aware of the risk of theft in their area. Our liability is limited solely to the packaging and handling of the shipment prior to transit. Once a package is shipped, we do not assume responsibility for its delivery or security.

Recipients must provide documented proof of communication with the shipping carrier, as all shipments include insurance coverage. Additionally, recipients are required to make reasonable efforts to locate the package, such as checking with neighbors or visiting local delivery hubs for misplaced items.

If a stolen package requires replacement, a service charge will be assessed based on the order size, along with a shipping fee payable by the recipient. Replacement orders will only be processed upon the recipient's agreement to these terms.
