I got this jacket months ago but finally reviewing it. Everything about it is perfect it’s just the material used in this jacket is same as a Walmart jacket that’s 35$. Nevertheless, I am just a consumer I do not know what’s the manufacturing process. If I am paying over 100$ for an item I expect top tier quality material. It’s probably the details makes this jacket so expensive.
Great jacket with an amazing back piece. The jacket itself is PU Leather. Be sure to buy yourself a good cleaner/ protector.
Recommend purchase for the price, but be warned if not cared for properly jacket will not last long.
Very cozy, fits wonderfully, and designwork is stellar. I've ordered from here a couple times now and nothing has disappointed. Would highly rec anything from them but this piece and the slam dunk one are my absolute favorites!
This has been the worst customer serious I have ever had. I ordered and XL and asked if it can be updated to an XXl I have email proof that it was approved. If you didn’t have the size just say so.This order was late and in stead of it being a great experience it has been a nightmare trying to get answers from you people. This was suppose to be a present for my bf a waste of $164. 👌🏽 Quality is great though. That’s the only thing I can say positive about this company. and I’m also be ignored now which is a plus.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Please Contact us as soon as possible at support.truly@dinq.us, after your order has been placed to request any changes. Changes cannot be made after a shipment has already been commenced.
How To Return My Items?
Returns are only excepted if unintended defects are found within the item. Size exchanges are only accepted if recipient agrees to fund for shipping of the old and new sized items + a general restocking fee of $20.
Stolen / Misplaced Packages
In cases involving stolen packages, it is the recipient's responsibility to be aware of the risk of theft in their area. Our liability is limited solely to the packaging and handling of the shipment prior to transit. Once a package is shipped, we do not assume responsibility for its delivery or security.
Recipients must provide documented proof of communication with the shipping carrier, as all shipments include insurance coverage. Additionally, recipients are required to make reasonable efforts to locate the package, such as checking with neighbors or visiting local delivery hubs for misplaced items.
If a stolen package requires replacement, a service charge will be assessed based on the order size, along with a shipping fee payable by the recipient. Replacement orders will only be processed upon the recipient's agreement to these terms.
